The Offering consists of class “A” common shares (each a “Share“) issued at $0.35 per Share.

GFCO intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general corporate, investor relations and working capital purposes. GFCO may pay finder’s fees in connection with the Offering. The closing of the Offering is subject to customary closing conditions, including the execution of definitive documentation and receipt of any required regulatory approvals.
